Main features
I am a modern and fully equipped apartment, quietly located in a new residence (completed in early 2017), at an altitude of 750 meters on the slope of the Xettes and 1.6 km from the city center. Clean and well-maintained, you will enjoy a warm atmosphere to relax alone or with your family.
From my large, south-facing terrace, I have a panoramic view of the town of Gérardmer, where I can observe the skiers descending the 'Aigle' slope from the summit of Grouvelin (1140 m).
Description of the accommodation
The building is highly insulated and equipped with mechanical ventilation in each room (the ventilation system allows for air circulation in the apartment even in winter without opening the windows).
Heating is provided by high-performance electric underfloor heating with room thermostats in the main areas, offering all visitors thermal, acoustic, visual comfort, and unparalleled indoor air quality.
All rooms are equipped with independent electric shutters.
A smoke detector is installed.
Living Space
The living area of approximately 22 m² welcomes you with a fully equipped open kitchen, a living/dining room with access to a large terrace of 30 m², and an adjoining private garden of 30 m².
The terrace faces south and offers a magnificent view of Gérardmer, especially on the La Mauselaine ski resort.
The kitchen equipment includes a solid dining table with chairs, a refrigerator/freezer, a sink with mixer tap, a 3-burner induction hob, an oven, a microwave, an extractor hood, a dishwasher, a kettle, two coffee machines (filter and capsule/Senseo), a toaster, a raclette set, a stone table grill, a sauce dish, a citrus press...
The living/dining room features a pull-out corner sofa (quality mattress 140 x 190), a television, a DVD player with some DVDs, a library, and board games for the whole family...
Sanitary Facilities
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, a large mirror, and a sink standing on a cabinet. In the cabinet, you will find some small accessories (hairdryer, magnifying mirror, hairbrushes, straightener...). The wall-hung toilets are separate.
Bedroom
The bedroom consists of a bed 160 x 200 for 2 people (high-quality mattress manufactured in the Gérardmer factory, 40 kg/m3, on a slatted base + mattress protector), a headboard with individual reading lamps, a large wardrobe, and a television.
Laundry Room
In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine, a drying rack, an ironing board, and a steam iron.
Outdoor Area
A private storage room awaits your skis or bicycles, and you can park your vehicle in your own parking space.
Pets are not allowed.
